The Fort to be made into Song and Image
Ft. Saskatchewan Record

On Friday, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m., Fort Saskatchewan will be privy to something never seen before. Musician Brian Gore, versatile illustrator Bill Russell and vocalist Thea Neuman will perform Your Town in Song and Image. The show combines elements of music, storytelling and live drawing into one creative and visually stunning evening. “It is a wholly immersive experience,” said visual artist Bill Russell. “There will be video animation that I’ve drawn for each of the songs. There are also static illustrations that will be projected. Then there is this live drawing portion. When Brian is performing his music I’m performing through creating a drawing on stage. That is a pretty big challenge.”
